12 Year Anniversary

Celebrating 12 years of marriage today... seems like a milestone... almost in the "teen" years... ha! We seem to have grown a lot in the last few years... grown closer together... doing our best to walk with the LORD... KNOW His Word - teach His Word to our kids. So glad to be on this life journey with my best friend...

Back to school....

H's first day of 1st grade... E's first day of Bridge Kindergarten... I do enjoy back to school and getting into a routine. But this is the first time - since I worked full time over 7 years ago - that I've had to be up and going 5 days a week! Does not seem like much... but we had four-day weekends last school year! Needless to say it's been an adjustment for us... a positive one - but an adjustment.

H loves 1st grade... we are very happy about his teacher. He's making new friends... He's exhausted at the end of the day/week but it's really good for him.

There are 7 students including E in the bridge kinder class. To which I'm very excited... she has a wonderful teacher - and that one-on-one time with her will be priceless this year.

And as for our little pre-K class... the kiddos are adorable. I love each one already and I'd like to take them all home with me... they are so small. I know they grow by May... but right now they seem so little. I really love teaching pre-K and I truly LOVE the women I teach with. They are amazing ladies... I feel truly blessed.

Like it or not... the busy season is here. Before you know it I'll be posting homemade Christmas gifts... hopefully!
